Around the perimeter of Marine Port Kagoshima is a 1km running track named "Shiokaze (Tidal Breeze) 1000." Its flat, well-cushioned surface makes it ideal for runners, and there are, of course, no vehicles or traffic lights to disturb the pace. A shower room, toilets, and vending machines can be found on-site.
Marine Port Kagoshima Floating Pier
Completed in 2019, this floating pier expands the scope of port of call tours. Cross over Kinko Bay to enjoy Sakurajima-Kinkowan Geopark or travel further to explore Osumi and Ibusuki.
