As an overseas public relations officer for Kagoshima Prefectureand an urban landscape advisor for Kagoshima City,
he specializes in reporting Japan's charms to the world with his attractive storytelling skill.
Mainly this event will be held in English, but Mr. Bradshaw will begin in Japanese at the opening.
