At a time when despair caused by a horrible disease is threatening the world, Amabie, the fairy with mystical powers that can save people, returns!

Hayato, the superhero of Kagoshima, stands up against the army of evil monsters who are trying to take away the power of Amabie.

Amabie appears around Kagoshima but quickly disappears, and Hayato is quick to track it down.

Wherever it goes, it encounters a variety of delicious food that Kagoshima is proud to present to the world!

No one knew that the delicious food was key to awakening the true powers of Amabie.

To save the world, Hayato travels across Kagoshima in search of Amabie!
