Home-made burgers, and a wide range of desserts, and drinks, conceptualised over a period of three years.
The café owner has extensive experience as a cook, and the burgers are made using 100% beef patties, which goes very well with the home-made sauce. A large variety of items are also available on the menu, such as chiffon cakes made using eggs from the Black Satsuma chickens, dashimaki omelette sandwich, aka-shiso (red perilla) smoothies, etc.
