Maruni Miso Ramen

Miso ramen prepared using long-time favourite miso produced locally.
This ramen restaurant by long-established "Shinhara Miso Shoyu" was established in 1905. They offer a special "Maruni Miso Ramen" prepared using traditional barley miso from their own brewery next door. The medium-thick, curly noodles is a perfect matches with the mellow yet deep flavour of the soup.
