Located on the second floor of the Makurazaki Fish Centre, this restaurant offers a view of the sea and fishing boats. All bonito dishes here are made from the "buen katsuo", which which has a chewy texture. Besides the bonito rice bowl and bonito tataki set meal, other popular dishes include the local fish set meal, and the buen sashimi set meal, which use local fish caught the market that day.
