This restaurant is directly managed by "Ushi-no-Nakayama Farm" in Kanoya, where the Kagoshima black cattles are carefully raised on original feed. The meat is characterised by its melt-in-your-mouth texture, and rich taste. The hamburg and steaks are minimally seasoned to bring out the full flavours of the meat.
