Enjoy the taste of Kagobuta pork fried cutlet.
The signature dish of this fried pork cutlet restaurant, known as the Kagobuta pork, is born in Makurazaki city. Matured at -2°C for 10 days to two weeks, the pork cutlets are coated with specially ordered Tonkatsu bread crumbs, and deep fried in rice bran oil at low temperature to lock in the full flavour. They are served with salt from Bonotsu and a special Yuzu citrus pepper.
