In the Fukuyama area of Kirishima, you will find a field full of earthenware jars which, at this very moment, are being used to age healthy kurozu (amber rice vinegar).

The Sakamoto Brewery restaurant serves healthy dishes made using black vinegar. There is a wide variety of healthy dishes, including a set lunch that has seven different main dishes to choose from, Chinese dim sum, desserts and drinks.
