The owner, a chef trained in the Kansai region, renovated his grandfather's house built during the Meiji period (mid 19th century). In a traditional Kyoto townhouse ambience, they serve Italian cuisine using fresh local vegetables, cheese and wine from imported from Italy, and other fine ingredients.
