This lovely shop makes and sells tofu using 100% Kyushu-grown soybeans. The tofu, paired with the local alcohol and local coffee, matches perfectly with the slow-paced vibe of the island. On Friday and Saturday nights, you can enjoy “Shimabaru” (an island-style bar) from 20:30 to 23:00. The shop is 3 minutes on foot from Bukeyashiki Street, which features a beautiful marble-shaped rock wall.
