Bandokorobana Nature Park is a great scenic site where visitors may see Mt. Kaimondake floating atop the East China Sea.
In the 19th C.E, Mr. Tadataka Inou visited this site to create a map of Japan and later referred to it as "a superb view of the world."
On clear days, visitors will be able to see both Yakushima Island and Mishima Island.
