This Italian restaurant is run by a chef--who trained in Italy, France, and Tokyo before returning to his hometown of Yusui—and his wife. You can enjoy authentic Italian food made with local Yusui ingredients. You can also bask in the silence and scenery of this refurbished kominkan house in the mountains. There are plans with Italian-style minshuku overnight stays along with farm stay plans, so you can enjoy the slow life of the Japanese mountains while enjoying delicious food and drink.
